Policies and Procedures

Prices are Per Person, Per Trip and include all round trip transportation, accommodations, meals, entertainment, admissions, tour escorts, guides, taxes and gratuities as per the unique itinerary of each trip.

It is the travelers responsibility to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to designated departure times.

There is no smoking allowed on any motorcoach.

Travel with McCarney Tours is welcome to all persons over 21, except when noted.

All return times are tentative.

Any guest not arriving in time for departure may be left behind. We assume no responsibility for guests arriving late at departure points at any location.

McCarney Tours reserves the right to remove any guest from a trip who is interfering with the enjoyment of others.

Any person reserving or purchasing any McCarney Tours product published in this brochure accepts the condition that McCarney Tours reserves the right to change or cancel itineraries, hotels, and other tour component whenever it is deemed necessary. If this occurs, efforts will be made to offer alternative dates and/or programs.

Trips depart in all weather conditions at the sole discretion of McCarney Tours.

Payment

Full payment for each one and two day trips are required within 7 days of making a reservation, or seats will be released to other guests. For trips extending longer than two days, a $100 non-refundable deposit is due upon your reservation. Full payment is then due 60 days prior to departure. Payments may be made by Mastercard, Visa, or by sending a check or money order. All rates are guaranteed upon payment or deposit. Please make personal checks payable to: McCarney Tours.

Please include name of each traveler and date of trip with your check to ensure your reservation. All phone and on-line reservations are considered tentative until payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

McCarney Tours strongly encourages guests to invest in Travel Insurance. Travel Insurance covers any and all medical emergencies or illnesses. Guests may cancel reservations up to 30 days prior to a trip for a full refund. Guests canceling reservations up to two weeks prior who have not purchased Travel Insurance will receive a 50% credit good toward a future McCarney Tours trip within six months from date of issue, space permitting. The credit is non-transferable. There will be no credit for any cancellation made less than 14 days prior to trip departure.

McCarney Tours is not responsible for events cancelled out of our control. Where possible, we will make efforts to secure alternate arrangements at our discretion.

If McCarney Tours is provided a rain check for a cancelled event, the rain check will become the property of the traveler and McCarney Tours assumes no responsibility for travel.

McCarney Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour for any reason.

Full refunds will be given for complete trips cancelled by McCarney Tours.

Refunds made to credit cards will incur a fee of $5 to cover processing fees.

Baggage Disclaimer

Although every effort is made to handle passengers™ luggage as carefully as possible, McCarney Tours is not responsible for and does not assume any liability or accept claims for loss of or damage to luggage due to breakage, theft or wear and tear through hotel and carrier handling.

General Disclaimers

Neither McCarney Tours, Its affiliated entities and its and their employees, shareholders, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns (collectively McCarney Tours), own or operate any person or entity which is to or does provide goods or services for these trips. Because neither maintains any control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of these suppliers, McCarney Tours assumes no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any personal injury, death, property damage or loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of

1. any wrongful, negligent, willful or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any of the suppliers or other employees or agents,
2. any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, or instrument owned, operated or otherwise used by any of these suppliers, or
3. any wrongful, willful or negligent act or omission on the part of any other party not under the direct supervision and control of McCarney Tours.

Guests may be photographed for the promotional purposes of McCarney Tours.

Payment of any amount to McCarney Tours constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
